Issue an order preventing the calling of the election until the Supreme Court interprets the date of the presidential election. The Fundamental Rights (FR) petition filed by Mr. Lenawa has been dismissed by a five-judge bench of the Supreme Court headed by the Chief Justice.
The petitioner was also subjected to a court fee of one lakh rupees. The court also ordered the petitioner to pay it within a month
